    Advocating for the sector at cantonal and federal levels, and ensuring members are constantly informed of all new projects before they are presented. We represent the industry in regulatory discussions, safeguarding the interests of our members.

  • Professional Training

    Through SUISSENÉGOCE Academy, we offer professional training and academic programs tailored to the commodity value chain. Classes are taught by industry professionals, ensuring members stay competitive in a global market.

  • Industry Expertise

    Tracking legal, regulatory, and market developments to provide members with timely updates and actionable insights. This ensures members are always informed and prepared for industry changes.

  • Workshops

    Organizing specialist-led workshops on critical topics such as ESG, sanctions, and regulatory compliance. These sessions equip members with practical knowledge to meet evolving industry and government demands.


Membership Categories

Sponsor Members

Sponsor Members are commodity trading companies or banks with legal entities registered in Switzerland. They benefit from enhanced access to a wider range of services compared to other membership categories.

Corporate Members

Corporate Members are commodity trading companies or banks with legal entities registered in Switzerland.

Associate Members

Associate Members are service providers to the commodity trading and shipping industries, such as insurers and consultants. The Executive Board may accept services as payment for the membership fee.

Institutional Members

Institutional Members include partner organizations and associations affiliated with the commodity sector.

Membership Eligibility

Open to companies engaged in international commodity trading, shipping, or related financial and support services. Applicants must be legal entities registered in Switzerland and require endorsements from two existing Members, including one Sponsor Member.

Application Process

Secure endorsements from two current Members, with at least one being a Sponsor Member.
